Interview after 1st homerun
Trailing 3-0 midway through the third inning, Alannah Rogers sparked a dramatic shift in momentum with a big swing in the bottom half of the frame. With one out and runners on first and second, Rogers connected on an 0-1 pitch and launched it over the right-center field fence, evening the score at 3-3 with her first career home run. The Bulldogs then took the lead when Claire Raley came home on a throwing error later in the inning, making it 4-3. Rogers added to the lead in the fourth with an RBI single, sealing the 5-3 victory.
